At Townhome Electric Mowing it is our mission as the premier all electric mowing service for townhomes and condominiums in Hampton Roads to provide an affordable zero emissions lawn care service that is as easy as a subscription service. Customer service is only a text away. With all electric equipment we won't interrupt your baby, interrupt a nap, or the game on TV. Our services are built for the smallest homes around specializing in adjoined townhomes, duplexes, and condos. Our rates start at $60 a week, service on scheduled days, and payments are automatic. We use premium Scotts, Nature Scapes, ColorGuard dyed mulch with pre-Emergant.
Cleanups
We understand things come up, so do the plants. Comprehensive pruning, very tall grass mowing, leaf and stick cleanup, and weeding neglected beds can make your home look the best on the block.

All Electric Equipment
We use industry leading battery powered electric tools to deliver an emissions free, quality cut, that is 75% quieter than gas equipment. With Push mow only service you do not have to worry about your lawn developing compaction or ruts from mowing keeping your lawn looking its very best.

Automatic Billing
For customers with recurring service we keep a card securely on file with Square and you are only charged when the job is complete.

At Townhome Electric Mowing we specialize in small lots, townhomes, duplexes, and condos with rates as low as $60/wk.
Our estimate, payment, and scheduling software is as easy as texting and allows you to directly message to crew about upcoming services.
At the end of every service you will receive a text that will include a receipt, 'before' and 'after' photos, and any notes about your property directly from your service provider.

All payments are collected using Square. For one time services we collect your card upon completion and we will retain a card on file for recurring service. We do not accept cash.
Straight Forward, Easy To Understand Recurring Service Pricing
We pride ourselves in our intuitive and straight forward pricing, payment, and communication system. While your weekly or bi-weekly rate is guaranteed, on your initial service we may charge additional fees for grass over six inches tall, overgrown edges, lockouts, or litter and debris pickup. Our rate is $1.55 per minute for cleanup work and $7 per bag full of debris. Other fees can be found under our existing customers page.
Your property may be skipped if dog litter, loose trash is present, or the gate is locked on your scheduled mowing day. You will be charged a $15-25 rescheduling fee and work will resume with your following service. All services have a six percent sales tax and a 4.7% card processing fee. We do not accept cash.

Basic Electric Mowing
The building block of every cut. This includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing clippings from walkways, patios, and driveways on a weekly basis.
Bi-Weekly Mowing
For clients that want less frequent service we offer a biweekly rate.
Edge Service
We will maintain crisp edges on your sidewalk, mulch beds, and walkways with every service.
Bed Maintenance
We will pull weeds in your flower beds and you will receive two dollar bagging when purchasing pruning service.
