Having even one unexpected week off from routine school, sports, and social gatherings could make anyone go stir-crazy, nevermind FIVE. However, there are plenty of activities to rejuvenate your at-home experience. All these activities serve as a break from technology as well!

Color, Draw, Paint
Journal – plenty of prompts you could create, or write one positive thing each day!
Make a collage out of favorite quotes, magazines, etc.
Baking
Healthy Body
Yoga or Stretch (YouTube clips, FitOn, other meditation apps!)
Try eating really well one day- fruits, veggies, a gallon of water

Healthy Mind
Improve your mental health with reading – magazines, your favorite book, an old newspaper article, crossword puzzles, trivia, spelling, brain games

Card Games – look up games or invent your own!

Change pillowcase and sheets
Declutter your room and personal space
Vacuum room
Organize Clothing
Pick and choose what you still like/still fits
Swap out winter stuff with spring items
Donate clothes you don’t want to Goodwill or Salvation Army!
