Shop Staff User: Refers to individuals employed by a shop owner to assist in managing the shop's operations. They have limited access to certain features and functionalities as determined by the shop owner.
Can browse and search for shops, products, and services.
Can view detailed information about shops, products, and services.
Can create a user profile and manage personal information.
Can request services to the shops.
Can provide ratings and reviews for shops and products.
Can communicate with shop owners or staff via messaging features.
Has all the privileges of a default user.
Can create and manage their shop's profile, including business information, location, contact details, and operating hours.
Can add, edit, and delete products/services listed under their shop.
Can manage orders, track inventory, and update product availability.
Can respond to user reviews and inquiries.
Can request subscriptions to the TowMi admin.
Has limited access as granted by the shop owner.
Can assist in managing product inventory, order fulfillment, and responding to user inquiries.
Can have access to shop settings or sensitive information based on the permissions set by the Shop Owner.
Users must create an account and request verification to TowMi admin enable to access certain features and functionalities.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The application will use industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, users are encouraged to use strong passwords and take appropriate measures to secure their accounts.
The application will collect and process user data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
User data will be stored securely and handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173).
The Data Privacy Act establishes principles for the protection of personal data and sets out the obligations of organizations that collect and process personal information.
