Towers Music Terms of Use

Welcome to Towers Music, a platform provided by Outside The Box Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By becoming an artist on Towers Music, you ("artist," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these Terms of Use carefully before using the services offered by Towers Music.

1. Copyright Forfeiture

1.1 Images Supplied for Album Covers
By submitting any images for use as album covers on Towers Music, you hereby forfeit all copyright and ownership rights to these images. All rights, titles, and interest in and to these images are hereby assigned and transferred to Outside The Box Studios.

1.2 Artist Profile, Album, and Track Names
By using any name for your artist profile, album, or track list on Towers Music, you hereby forfeit all copyright and ownership rights to these names. All rights, title, and interest in and to these names are hereby assigned and transferred to Outside The Box Studios.

1.3 Retroactive Application
These forfeiture clauses (1.1 and 1.2) apply retroactively to all images and names submitted or used prior to the effective date of these Terms of Use.

2. Earnings from Merchandise

2.1 Discretionary Payments
Artists shall only earn money from the sale of their merchandise at the sole discretion of Outside The Box Studios. Payments to artists will be made only if Outside The Box Studios decides to pay them. There is no guarantee or entitlement to earnings from merchandise sales unless expressly decided and communicated by Outside The Box Studios.

3. Requesting Removal of Albums or Profiles

3.1 Removal Requests
If you wish to have any of your albums or profiles removed from Towers Music, you must send a formal request to Outside The Box Studios at the following email address: outsidetheboxstudioskentucky@hotmail.com. We will process your request in a timely manner and confirm the removal once it has been completed.

4. Amendments

4.1 Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Towers Music website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of Towers Music after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

5. Governing Law

5.1 Applicable Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using Towers Music and becoming an artist on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including the retroactive application of the copyright forfeiture clauses and the discretionary nature of payments from merchandise sales.
