The Towers Board of Directors hired Community Management Professionals in Orlando of Associa HOA Property Management  Services in 2022 and placed Derrick Orberg a Condominium Manager in July of 2023.  With  well over 10 years of experience in managing  communities and definite hands on experience in construction, strong local and county representative relationships, and other qualities he has provided a great presence to help provide support and guidance to the historic ocean front condo on the Worlds Most Famous Beach.  Entrusted to manage the community for both day to day operations and the long term success for the Members of Daytona Beach Ocean Towers, Derrick was well received and appreciated by the Membership.

Samantha Csage a long term Administrative Assistant to the Board of Diretors and previous managers.  Samantha was hired away from another firm by Community Management Professionals an Associa HOA Property Management Company and has continued to serve The Towers with all the dedication and experience one could ask for in an assistant.  Samantha has now completed her studies to earn her very own Lcam license and provides great support for her team.

Sue  also provides great administrative support to the Board of Directors and Management, she has now served the community of The Towers for several years as the first face that greats you when entering the Community on weekends and some holidays.  She is appreciated each day she serves by Members of the Community.

John  has lead the three person maintenance team for over 9 years now and several Board of Directors.  John has an unmeasurable depth to his construction knowledge and management that the community respects.   John is the main contact for all vendors who service the facility and is known to provide the best information.

Orestes has a long history of maintenance in first class facilities up and down the east coast of the country.  Always eager to serve the Community and its Members.  Orestes is loved by all at The Towers Condominium Association in Daytona Beach.
