You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
Send an email to redrex.studio@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my account”.
Please send the email from the Google account you used to sign in to the Game, or tell us which Google account it was. That is how we locate your data.
If you never signed in with Google: your account is anonymous and is not linked to any email address, so we have no way to identify it from a message. In that case, deleting the Game from your device removes your local save, and the anonymous cloud record is left with no way to reach it. If you would still like the cloud record removed, contact us and we will help you retrieve your user ID from inside the Game.
We will confirm your request by replying to the same address, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your account — the Firebase Authentication record, including your email address if you signed in.
Your cloud save — level progress, currencies, unlocked items and settings.
Your leaderboard entry — nickname, avatar, country and scores.
Aggregated and anonymised analytics. Statistics that can no longer be linked to you personally (for example “how many players reached stage 10”) remain part of our aggregate figures.
Purchase records held by Google Play. Google keeps its own transaction records for legal and accounting reasons. We do not control these — see the Google Privacy Policy. Note that deleting your account also removes any unused in-game items and entitlements you have purchased, and these cannot be restored afterwards.
Data stored only on your phone. Deleting the app from your device removes the local save.
If you simply want to start over without deleting your account, uninstalling the Game removes the local save from your device. If you signed in with Google, your cloud save will still be there when you reinstall and sign in again — use the email request above if you want it removed as well.
