TowerCrafterX ("the App") is developed and published by BHKC LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.

1. Offline-First Design

TowerCrafterX is designed to be played entirely offline. Your game progress — coins, stars, unlocked levels, achievements, landmarks, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate a game server and we do not collect, transmit, or store your gameplay data on any remote server.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number).

We do not require account creation, sign-in, or email verification to play.

We do not access your contacts, photos, or location.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request access to vibration/haptics (for gameplay feedback) and network state (only to determine connectivity for optional features). These permissions do not grant us access to personal data.

4. Children's Privacy

TowerCrafterX does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Because the App stores data only on-device and has no account system, no personal data is transmitted to us regardless of the player's age.

5. Third-Party Services

This version of the App does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and the "Last updated" date will reflect that change.

6. Data Deletion

Because all data lives on your device, you can erase it at any time using the "Reset Progress" option in Settings, or by uninstalling the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
