Are you afraid of using Technology?

I visited lots of schools in villages , towns and the city and I discovered that there are some devices in the lab , but they don't support the way of integrating teaching with technology so devices are closed , only schools with smart board can be used at that time. So , the brainstorm  question come again quickly;  Are teachers and students are afraid of using technology inside classes and schools?

What is the solution for this problem all over the governorate and around the country?

Sure ! facing the problem even with one device in the village , farm , kiosk ,home and class we will teach the all how to use technology in teaching to save the time and make teaching enjoyable. This is my responsibility, I bear  it upon myself.
