All rosters along with proof of insurance must be presented to the tournament director before your team plays.
Each team will receive 3 Player of the Game awards in your packet. Please have your team pick a player of the game from the other team and present it after your pool play games.
This is a non-protest tournament. Winning teams report scores to the Score Keepers table located at the concession building.
We will play USA/ASA rules. Changes/exceptions include . . .

Seeded Sunday Games: International tiebreaker after seven (7) innings within time limit or if the time limit goes into effect, the first full inning thereafter.
Teams should be ready to take the field up to 30 minutes earlier than the listed start time.
The umpire or umpire designee’s watch is the official watch.
No pre-game infield drill is permitted on the dirt surfaces.
Mercy rules (15 runs after 3 innings, 12 after 4 innings & 8 runs after 5 innings). We want teams to play, so be considerate of score and show sportsmanship so the game does not get out of control. The more innings played, the better for the kids.
Coin toss determines the home team during pool play. Higher seeded team is the home team on Sunday.
The home team’s scorebook is the official book.
Substitute runner for pitcher or catcher will come from your subs, if there are no subs from last out.
No out if a player is injured, leaves, etc.; a late arrival player is added to the bottom of the lineup
Players may play for only 1 Team in 1 Age Group during the ENTIRE weekend even if their team has been eliminated. If a team is short players due to injury, the Tournament Director reserves the right to allow a team to borrow a player with advanced notice (must be approved), but that player must remain with the borrowing team for the duration of the day.
Free substitution on Friday and Saturday during pool play. All players can bat.
Free substitution (all players bat) or DP/Flex option on Sunday during seeded games until the championship game.
Championship game on Sunday, DP/Flex and EP allowed, no free substitution for this game.
