Si può fare uno STOP al Monumento al Marinaio in modo da poter fare foto della zona
Si arriva al porticciolo turistico per un caffè, foto, e si torna al punto di partenza.

Informo inoltre, per chi non lo sapesse, che le bici hanno una taglia come i vestiti, è bene indicare la propria altezza per vedere quale tipo di bicicletta è adatta alla persona.

il sellino, va tenuto alto, la gamba sulla pedalata deve essere quasi completamente stesa. Sellini bassi possono provocare problemi a spina dorsale e ginocchia.
Tra ciclisti questa è una cosa abbastanza banale, però magari non tutti lo possono sapere.
Obbligo del caschetto, se si va a scivolare o a cadere, proteggere la testa è la cosa più importante.

(per chi non è alla prima esperienza, è un percorso semplice, ci saranno due salite importanti, la prima è Via Camassa, e la seconda è la salita della Lega Navale, usando le marce giuste saranno salite semplici. Non sapendo il grado di esperienza di tutti, tendo a precisarlo)

sono 11 .9 km all'andata, e 11.9 al ritorno, in tutto di massima 24 km molto facili.

medium-easy route
