September 2021: Virtual meeting hosted by the Croatian team
As the pandemic imposed restrictions on people's movement in March 2021, the Croatian team invited partners to a virtual meeting via Teams.
The meeting programme was the following (times are in CET):
Monday 22nd March 2021:
11:00-12:00, Participants introduced themselves,
12:00-13:00, Participants shared their experiences of the pandemic. They focused on how restrictions affected their everyday/personal life and their school life.
Tuesday 23rd March 2021:
11:00-12:00, Each team presented how the pandemic influenced tourism and cultural events in their countries.
12:00-13:00, Participants discussed the presentations and considered the implications of the pandemic on tourism and culture.
Wednesday 24th March 2021:
11:00-12:00, The Croatian team presented an overview of the Croatian tourism This presentation is available at the following link:
12:00-13:00, Participants discussed differences and similarities in tourism in their countries.
Thursday 25th March 2021:
11:00-12:00, The Croatian team spoke about the most famous site in Čakovec inviting the participants to join the history about the historical and intangible cultural heritage of Međimurje on https://riznica.hr/multimedia/?lang=en
12:00-13:00, The Greek team presented the current form of the project website and got feedback from the rest of the partners regarding its structure and contents.
Friday 26th March 2021:
11:00-12:00, Each team presented virtual tour options available for sights and/or activities in their countries.
12:00-13:00, Participants discussed the implications of virtual activities in the pandemic era. The virtual meeting concluded with everyone wishing that they manage to meet in person soon.
