まさみね堂(以下「当方」)は、東方Projectの二次創作ゲーム「東方リキャストリフト」(以下「本作」)において、利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

• Steamの認証で取得する情報: Steam ID と Steam の表示名。オンライン機能を使うときに取得します。

• オンライン機能の利用で、当方のサーバーに保存する情報: 編成データ(使うファイター、デッキの組み方)/ 対戦の記録(勝敗、使用したファイターとペア、段位・レーティング、対戦中の操作の記録、日時)/ 師弟制の契約状況、ゲーム内通貨「厘」の残高と増減の記録

• DLCの所有状況: Steam の仕組みを通じて確認します。

• 通信に付随する技術情報: IPアドレス、接続した日時、ゲームの版。

• お問い合わせの情報: メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、そのメールアドレスと内容。

• お使いの端末にだけ保存する情報: 設定、進み具合、戦績、リプレイなどのセーブ。当方は受け取りません。Steam クラウドを有効にした場合、セーブの一部は Valve Corporation の Steam クラウドに保存されます。その中身を当方が受け取ることはありません。

2. 取得しない情報

• 氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス(お問い合わせをいただいた場合を除く)

• クレジットカード番号などの決済情報(購入は Steam 上で完結します)

• 位置情報、連絡先、写真など、端末内のほかの情報

• 広告識別子

本作(Steam版)には、広告も、第三者のアクセス解析ツールも入っていません。

3. 利用目的

• オンライン対戦のマッチング、段位・ランキングの表示

• 師弟制の運営(借りられるデッキの提供、厘の管理)

• 複数のPCでの編成・進み具合の引き継ぎ

• 勝率の集計など、ゲームバランスの検討

• 不具合の調査、不正行為の検知と防止

• お知らせ・メンテナンス情報の提供

• お問い合わせへの対応

4. ほかの利用者に表示される情報

• 対戦相手には、Steam の表示名、段位、使用するファイターなどが表示されます。

• 師弟制では、上位のプレイヤー(師匠)のデッキの構成が、弟子入りした利用者に表示されます。師匠の表示名・段位があわせて表示される場合があります。

5. 第三者への提供と委託

• 法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。

• サーバーの運用のため、日本国内の VPS 事業者に、データの保管を委託します(開発・試験の期間は ConoHa VPS、正式公開後は Xserver VPS を予定しています)。

• 本人確認(ログイン)には、Valve Corporation の Steam を利用します。

6. Steam との関係

本作の認証・購入・クラウド保存は、Valve Corporation の Steam を利用しています。Steam の利用にともなって取得される情報には、Steam のプライバシーポリシー(https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/)が適用されます。

7. 保管期間と削除

オンライン機能のご利用中は、編成データ・戦績などを Steam ID に紐づけて保管します。削除をご希望の場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。ご本人の確認をしたうえで、合理的な期間内に削除します(不正行為の調査に必要な記録を除きます)。

8. 国外からのご利用

本作のサーバーは日本国内にあり、当方は日本の法令(個人情報の保護に関する法律)に基づいて情報を取り扱います。国外からご利用の場合、情報は日本に送信され、日本で保管・処理されます。EU・英国・米国カリフォルニア州などの個人情報関連法令への個別の対応は行っていませんが、情報の確認・削除などのご要望は、下記の連絡先で受け付けます。

9. 改定

必要に応じて、このポリシーを改定します。改定後の内容は、本ページへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。

Masaminedo ("we") handles users' information in "Touhou Recastlift" ("the Game"), a fan-made game based on Touhou Project, as described below. The Japanese version is the original; this English version is a reference translation. If they differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect

• From Steam authentication: your Steam ID and Steam display name. Collected when you use online features.

• Stored on our servers when you use online features: roster data (the fighters you use and how you build your decks) / match records (wins and losses, fighters and pairs used, rank and rating, a record of in-match actions, dates and times) / mentorship contract status, and the balance and history of the in-game currency "Rin"

• DLC ownership: checked through Steam.

• Technical information sent with connections: IP address, connection time, and game version.

• Inquiries: if you email us, your email address and the contents of your message.

• Information kept only on your device: settings, progress, match history, replays and other save data. We do not receive it. If you enable Steam Cloud, part of your save data is stored in Valve Corporation's Steam Cloud. We do not receive its contents.

2. Information we do not collect

• Your name, address, phone number, or email address (except when you contact us)

• Payment information such as credit card numbers (purchases are completed on Steam)

• Location, contacts, photos, or other information on your device

• Advertising identifiers

The Game (Steam version) contains no advertising and no third-party analytics tools.

3. How we use the information

• Matchmaking for online matches, and showing ranks and rankings

• Running the mentorship system (providing decks that can be borrowed, managing Rin)

• Carrying your roster and progress over between PCs

• Reviewing game balance, such as win-rate statistics

• Investigating bugs, and detecting and preventing cheating

• Providing announcements and maintenance information

• Responding to inquiries

4. Information shown to other users

• Your opponent can see your Steam display name, rank, the fighters you use, and similar information.

• In the mentorship system, the deck composition of a high-ranked player (a mentor) is shown to users who become their disciples. The mentor's display name and rank may be shown with it.

5. Disclosure to third parties and outsourcing

• We do not disclose collected information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

• To run our servers, we entrust data storage to VPS providers in Japan (ConoHa VPS during development and testing, and Xserver VPS after the official launch, as planned).

• We use Valve Corporation's Steam for identity verification (login).

6. Relationship with Steam

Authentication, purchases, and cloud saves in the Game use Valve Corporation's Steam. Steam's privacy policy (https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/) applies to information collected through your use of Steam.

7. Retention and deletion

While you use online features, we keep roster data, match records and similar data linked to your Steam ID. If you want your data deleted, please contact us at the address below. After confirming your identity, we will delete it within a reasonable period (except records needed to investigate cheating).

8. Use from outside Japan

The Game's servers are located in Japan, and we handle information under Japanese law (the Act on the Protection of Personal Information). If you use the Game from outside Japan, your information is sent to, stored, and processed in Japan. We do not take separate measures for laws such as those of the EU, the UK, or California, but we accept requests to check or delete your information at the contact below.

9. Changes

We may revise this policy as needed. Revisions take effect when posted on this page.
