Before using the App "Touch the Numbers" (the "App"), please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
This App is a puzzle game where you compete for clear times by touching numbers in order. It provides features such as rankings, replays, decoration item purchases, and ad removal.
[Service Provision Conditions]
This App is provided "AS IS."
The developer does not guarantee service continuity, completeness, or accuracy.
Services may temporarily become unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons.
This App is intended for users aged 13 or older (or 16 or older in the EU).
[Use by Minors]
If used by children under 13 or 16 (varies by region), parental consent is required.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App.
Age verification information is used solely for appropriate advertising display.
[Device ID Management]
This App identifies users by automatically generated device IDs on each device.
[Nickname Settings]
Nickname registration is required to use ranking features.
Nicknames must be 20 characters or less.
Nicknames containing inappropriate language (defamation, obscene expressions, etc.) cannot be used.
The developer reserves the right to delete nicknames deemed inappropriate without notice.
[Data Migration for Device Changes]
You can generate a migration code from the Settings screen.
Migration codes are valid for 24 hours.
Enter the code on your new device to migrate data.
[Available Paid Items]

[Purchase Method and Payment]
Paid items are purchased through the App Store (Apple Inc.) or Google Play (Google LLC).
Payment is processed using the payment method registered to your Apple or Google account.
For payment-related inquiries, please contact the support of the store you used.
[Restoring Purchases]
After changing devices or reinstalling the App, you can re-enable Ad Removal by using the "Restore Purchases" feature with the same Apple ID or Google account.

[Refund and Cancellation Policy]
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available after a purchase is completed.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact the support of the respective store in accordance with their refund policy.

[Notes]
The content and pricing of paid items may be changed without prior notice.
Ad Removal is tied to your account (device ID). If you change devices, please use the Restore Purchases feature.
Purchased items do not expire (except in the event of service termination).
[Prohibited Activities]
Users must not engage in the following activities when using this App:
Legal Violations: Acts that violate laws, regulations, or ordinances
Cheating: Ranking manipulation, cheating, or use of automation tools
Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or analyzing the App
Inappropriate Content: Use of nicknames containing defamation, discriminatory expressions, or obscene content
Impersonation: Impersonating other individuals or organizations
[Actions for Violations]
The developer reserves the right to take the following actions against users who violate these Terms:
Nickname deletion
Ranking data deletion
App usage restrictions
Legal action
This App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. Users who have purchased Ad Removal will not see any advertisements.

Rewarded ads (reward video ads)
[Advertising Personalization]
Users aged 13+ or 16+: Personalized ads are displayed.
Users under 13 or 16: Non-personalized ads are displayed.
[Opt-Out Methods]
iOS Devices: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Turn off "Personalized Ads"
Android Devices: Settings → Google → Ads → Turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

[Ownership]
Intellectual property rights for the App and all its content (graphics, text, software, code, design, etc.) belong to the developer (Kai Shibasaki).
[User Content]
Game records and nicknames created by users belong to the users.
Users agree to the use of this content within the App.
The developer may use user content for ranking display, statistical analysis, and similar purposes.
[Prohibited Activities]
Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or selling App content without the developer's permission is prohibited.
[Disclaimer]
This App is provided "AS IS" and the developer does not guarantee:
Service continuity, completeness, accuracy, or reliability
That the App meets users' specific purposes
That the App is free from errors or bugs
[Limitation of Liability]
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for:
Damages arising from use or inability to use the App
Indirect damages such as data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits
Damages caused by failures of third-party services (Firebase, AdMob, etc.)
[Damages Cap]
For damages arising from free features, the developer's liability is capped at ¥0. For damages directly attributable to a paid purchase, the developer's liability is capped at the amount paid for that purchase.
[Service Changes]
The developer reserves the right to:
Add, change, or delete App features
Change advertising delivery
Perform system maintenance
For major changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email.
[Service Termination]
The developer may terminate services in the following cases:
When service continuity becomes difficult due to technical reasons
When service continuity becomes difficult due to legal or regulatory changes
When the developer deems it necessary
We will provide 90 days' notice before service termination (except in emergency cases).
[Regarding Paid Items upon Service Termination]
In the event of service termination, unused paid items will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
[Change Notifications]
For major changes, we will notify users 30 days in advance via in-app notification or email.
For minor changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

[Governing Law]
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
[Jurisdiction]
Disputes related to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
[Resolution by Consultation]
If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it through good faith consultation. If resolution through consultation is not possible, it will be resolved in the above court.
