Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona City Hall have recently announced urgent measures in an attempt to contain the COVID-19 outbreak in Barcelona. This fact forces Calàbria 66 to limit the use of its spaces, either cutting its capacity to 1/3rd of its maximum allowance or shutting the venue completely. Although these measures are temporary, set to take place during two weeks (until March 26th), there is no guarantee that these measures will end after that deadline.
The Tótum festival aims at providing the best service and promotion to bands. However, this does not prevent us from having to face the usual logistics and collaborating with bands to make the necessary travel arrangements. At this time, due to this uncertainty, we believe that the most sensible decision is to postpone (and not cancel) the sixth edition of the Tótum Revolútum Festival. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. Rest assured, however, that the organization team will keep working hard to eventually offer a great festival during dates that are safe for everyone.
Finally, we wish a speedy and complete recovery to all the people affected by this disease and hope that everyone can return to its daily life as soon as possible.
The Cultural Association Tótum Revolútum addresses the longstanding need of live music lovers for ways to discover new bands and for creating events related to culture in general and music in particular.
Tótum Revolútum does not limit itself in terms of musical styles, even though appreciates the art of bands with its own original music. The Association is funded through an annual fee that entitles members to receive discounts in tickets for events organized by the Association itself or associated promoters, meetings and debates, attendance to the Tótum Experience 5.1, dissemination of music by musicians in the Association, and so on.

Tótum Revolútum inherits, as Association, the festival with the same name, which has been held five times already (the sixth one will be held in 2020). The mission is to guide and drive the growth of this festival that revolves around the dissemination and promotion of styles like Progressive Rock, Post Rock, Jazz, as well as any other open-minded high-quality music.
The concept is clear: outstanding bands playing in attractive venues, with good sound quality, and reasonable times. Under these premises, we have been fortunate of gathering with a high number of outstanding bands over the years. If you want to know more about past editions, take a look to the following links:

This year, the organizers did a call for bands in an attempt to attract high-quality bands for this edition. More than 30 bands responded to the call. Eventually, thirteen bands were selected to perform during the festival, and all of them are a guarantee of performance. Press here to watch a small teaser of the thirteen bands, namely:
Calàbria 66 in Barcelona offers to distinguished spaces, both equally suited to the festival. On the one hand, the concert hall has a capacity of 180 people and has the necessary equipment to satisfy the high demand of bands and the expert audience. On the other hand, there is an open space in the ground floor which hosts a bar, merchandising stores, as well as a small stage that fits perfectly to acoustic shows.
The festival will be held on a set of dates to be determined.
