Request deletion of your Total Leisure Bowls account

If you would like your Total Leisure Bowls account and associated personal data to be deleted, please contact us and request account deletion.

Please include the email address used for your Total Leisure Bowls account so that we can identify your account. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

When your request has been verified and processed, we will delete your user account and personal information associated with that account where it is no longer required.

Some information may need to be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate administrative purposes. Information forming part of the club's historical records, such as past fixture or competition records, may also be retained where appropriate, but will not be used as an active user account.

How to request deletion

Send your request by email to our support team, stating that you wish to delete your Total Leisure Bowls account.
