1. Use of the App

Totalist is a list management application designed to help users create, organize, and calculate totals for various types of lists.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

2. User Data

All lists and related data you create are stored locally on your device.

Totalist does not:

• Require user accounts

• Store your data on external servers

• Access your data remotely

You are responsible for managing and backing up your own data.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from:

• Device malfunction

• App uninstallation

• Device reset

• Unauthorized access to your device

3. Support Communication

If you contact us via email or support forms, you may provide information such as your email address and message content.

By contacting us, you consent to us using this information solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry

• Provide support

Providing this information is optional and not required to use the App.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Totalist offers optional Pro features through Apple In-App Purchases.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• Payments are processed by Apple, not by Totalist

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not collect or store your payment information.

All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The free version of Totalist may include certain usage limits, such as restrictions on the number of lists that can be created.

If your subscription expires and you exceed the free plan limit:

• You may retain access to previously created data

• Creation of new lists may be restricted until you reduce usage or renew your subscription

Totalist reserves the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software within the App are the property of Totalist and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free

• The App will be uninterrupted

• Calculations will always be free from input errors

You are responsible for verifying important financial or pricing information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Totalist shall not be liable for:

• Data loss

• Financial loss

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Device-related issues

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

The updated Terms will reflect a new “Effective Date.”

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Scope of License

Totalist grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing).

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or fraudulent activities.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

13. Maintenance and Support

Totalist is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in these Terms or as required under applicable law. You and Totalist acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

13. Product Claims

Totalist, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the App or the end-user’s possession and/or use of that App, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
