Returns/Refunds
Since the products offered by Tossop are digital in nature, purchases made and/or utilized/consumed on the platform are not eligible for returns/refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of products purchased by you, you can email your concerns at contact.tossop@gmail.com.
There can be certain orders that may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners and technical snags among others. In all cases of money being debited from your account for an unsuccessful purchase, a refund to your source account will be initiated. A refund would usually take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account depending on the bank used for payment.
Validity of purchases
All purchases made and/or utilized/consumed on Tossop will reflect in your Tossop account and be valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
Disclaimer
Tossop reserves the right to modify/delete certain or all clauses in the policy document at any point in time. The effect of such policy changes will not be retrospective and hence will not affect any purchases being made on a date prior to such change being published on the app/website.
However, in case of validity of purchases being extended at a future date, the benefit may be passed on to the customers with regards to the purchases made at a date prior to such policy change. The decision to pass or not pass on the benefits will be at the sole discretion of the management.
