†Terms of service†

• Payment is made via Boosty (Boosty payment manual) and via my friend's PayPal

• Deadlines are not accepted (you can use a surcharge to ensure that your work is completed by a certain deadline/raised up in the queue).

• I can refuse the Commission if it seems to me that I am not able to do the job or I just do not like the idea/character/theme, please don't be afraid to ask me some information. (￣▽￣*)ゞ

• I reserve the right to decide whether to post my work with your character on my page or on another resource.

• You can post and use any images with your character created by me, but with the condition of leaving a link to my page.

†Rules for adoption†

• You can change the character design as you want

• I also accept orders to change the design of a character created by me (the price is negotiable depending on the number of changes)

• If you are going to resell a character, please coordinate this with me

• When selling a character, you can't inflate the price, provided that you don't attach commissions that were purchased from artists, drawn as a gift or made by yourself

†Refunds†

• If you need to cancel the order (also applies to auctions) before sending the information, please let me know, I will not be angry if you immediately warn. In case you ignore my messages, I can block you. ヾ(`ヘ´)ﾉﾞ

• If the commissioner decides to cancel, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done. Once you agree with the sketch, I continue and finish the work. If the FULL work is finished, I do not return the money. If the half of the work is finished, I'll give half of the amount. Work and my time to be paid.

• If I need to cancel the commission due to events in my own life, a full refund will be issued within an agreed upon time.

†Process†

• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colors a bit and possibly adjusting markings to achieve a better view of the image. In no case will I change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same.

• You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish your picture. After sketch will be finished you can ask for minor changes.

• I accept changes based on things that I have forgotten or missed, like markings or essential accessories. This comes at no extra fee as long as that information was included in the original reference sheet or description.

• If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.

• When commission will finished,you will receive a High-Resolution picture

• Also possible corrections or additions to the picture after finished work - $5 per mini change.

†Important note†

• Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission, turnaround may range from a few days to a few weeks.

• I do not know English well, please do not use slang.

• Please keep in mind that you are not alone in the queue! I follow exactly on list down.
