By downloading, installing, or using Lotus VPN ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, Prox Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control.
You may not:
Reverse engineer the App
Modify or redistribute the App
Create derivative works
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Lotus VPN provides:
VPN connectivity
Private browsing functionality
Subscription-based premium features
The App is intended to improve privacy and security while using the internet.
Service availability may vary based on network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors beyond our control.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate laws or regulations
Distribute malware or harmful content
Conduct hacking or unauthorized access
Engage in fraud or abuse
Infringe intellectual property rights
Transmit unlawful content
You are solely responsible for your activities while using the App.
Certain features require an active subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account Settings.
Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policies.
While Lotus VPN helps improve privacy and security, no VPN service can guarantee:
Complete anonymity
Uninterrupted service
Absolute security
Protection against all threats
Use of the App is at your own risk.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content, remain the property of Prox Technologies.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prox Technologies shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Data loss
Business interruption
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:
These Terms are violated
Abuse is detected
Required by law
Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ends.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts having appropriate jurisdiction.
These Terms are between you and Prox Technologies only, not Apple.
Apple has no responsibility for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or claims related to the App.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them where applicable.
