1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Sound Effect ZNC mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Sound Effect ZNC is a mobile application that provides users with the ability to:
Record voice audio and apply various sound effects
Transform voice using AI-powered filters and effects
Save and share processed audio recordings
Access a library of built-in sound effects and voice modifiers
3. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
You may use the App without creating an account
If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
4.1 Permitted Uses
Personal entertainment and creative purposes
Educational and non-commercial use
Creating content for social media (subject to platform terms)
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the App for:
Creating content that violates any laws or regulations
Impersonating others without permission
Creating content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
Creating content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
Any commercial use without explicit permission
Attempting to reverse engineer or modify the App
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all audio content you create using the App
You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you input into the App
5.2 Our Content
The App, its features, algorithms, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

All voice processing occurs locally on your device
We do not store, upload, or share your audio recordings unless you explicitly choose to share them
Your recordings remain private and under your control
6.2 Data We Collect

App preferences and settings (stored locally)
6.3 Third-Party Services

These services do not have access to your audio recordings

7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS
7.1 Free and Premium Features
The App offers both free and premium features
Premium features require a subscription through the App Store
Subscription fees are charged by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
7.2 Subscription Terms
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
No refunds for unused subscription periods
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
8.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time
8.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App
9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets minimum requirements
You are responsible for maintaining adequate storage space
You are responsible for backing up your content
9.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create
You must ensure your content complies with all applicable laws

10. TERMINATION
10.1 By You
You may stop using the App at any time
You can delete the App from your device
Cancelling subscriptions stops future charges
10.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms
We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice
We may modify these terms with notice
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time
Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the user resides.
