To design the best lesson plan to meet your swimmers' needs, we will use the first lesson to evaluate each swimmer's abilities and create a custom lesson plan.
Together, we will choose the list of goals that may be attainable for your swimmer, and add or subtract whatever you want!
My goal is to increase each student's confidence in the pool and to teach them the skills they need to stay safe in and around the water.
Infants
6 months - 2 years
For group lessons parents must be in the pool with their swimmer.
