ABOUT OUR TORTILLA CHIPS

Tortilla chips are generally manufactured from coarsely ground masa from either fresh masa or dry flour that is sheeted, formed, and cut in preparation for the subsequent steps of baking, equilibrating, frying, and salting/seasoning.

With our tortillas, we emphasise quality and customer satisfaction when they buy our tortilla chips. Therefore, we place great emphasis on the aspects of cleanliness, quantity and taste. We also buy high quality ingredients, almost regardless of cost.

Our Tortilla Chips ingredients :

• About 3/4 to 1 cup olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil, or vegetable oil (more or less depending on how many chips you are making)

• Corn tortillas (each tortilla will make 6 chips)

• Kosher salt (or other coarse salt), to taste
