2. What Information the App Uses
•Camera video stream – required exclusively to place augmented-reality content in the user’s environment (AR Foundation / Google ARCore).
•Device orientation & surface-mapping data – processed on-device for AR tracking.
• No photos, videos or biometric data are recorded, stored or transmitted.
• The app plays text, audio and video curated by the museum; these media files are read-only and do not collect user data.
• The app **does not** request microphone, location, contacts, advertising ID or analytics **unless explicitly stated here**.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on **user consent** (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). Consent is obtained through the Android runtime permission dialog and can be revoked at any time in Settings ▸ Apps ▸ Permissions.
4. Data Storage & Retention
• All camera frames and AR sensor data stay on the device memory only while the app is running.
• No personal data are stored after the session ends.
5. Data Sharing
The app does not send personal data to the museum, to third parties, or outside the EU.
Google ARCore and Unity’s AR Foundation process camera frames locally; they do not receive copies of the frames.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app is designed for general audiences; it is not targeted to children under 13. Parents may revoke camera permission in the device settings.
7. Security
• All traffic (e.g., when downloading asset updates) uses HTTPS.
• No user-generated content is uploaded; therefore risk of disclosure is minimal.
8. User Rights (GDPR)
Users may contact the Data Controller to exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect software changes. The new version will be published at the same URL.

• Flusso video della fotocamera – necessario esclusivamente per collocare contenuti di realtà aumentata nell’ambiente dell’utente (AR Foundation / Google ARCore).
• Dati di orientamento e mappatura superfici – elaborati solo sul dispositivo.
• **Non* vengono registrati o trasmessi foto, video o dati biometrici.
• L’app riproduce testi, audio e video del museo; questi file non raccolgono dati personali.
• L’app **non** richiede microfono, posizione, contatti o ID pubblicitario salvo diversa indicazione.
3. Base giuridica
Trattamento basato sul **consenso dell’utente** (art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR). Il consenso è ottenuto tramite il dialogo di autorizzazione Android e può essere revocato in Impostazioni ▸ App ▸ Autorizzazioni.
4. Conservazione
• I frame della fotocamera e i dati AR restano in memoria solo durante l’uso.
• Nessun dato personale viene conservato al termine della sessione.
5. Condivisione
L’app non invia dati personali al museo né a terzi.
ARCore e Unity elaborano i frame localmente; nessuna copia viene trasmessa.
6. Privacy dei minori
L’app non è rivolta specificamente ai minori di 13 anni. I genitori possono revocare l’autorizzazione fotocamera nelle impostazioni.
7. Sicurezza
• Eventuali download di asset avvengono via HTTPS.
• L’app non carica contenuti generati dall’utente.
8. Diritti dell’utente
Richieste di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione o opposizione possono essere inviate al Titolare.
9. Modifiche
Le variazioni saranno pubblicate allo stesso URL.
