Owner of Toro's Barbershop
Alberto, known as El Toro, was born in Montclair, California. Alberto moved to Washington state in 2007. He is an alumni from Centralia High School - Graduating in 2017. In 2022 he discovered his passion and went to Olympia Barber School and became licensed on Febuary 23, 2022. Alberto has always had his own vision of a barbershop and reconstructed his own shop on May 3rd, 2022. He hopes to create a positive and welcoming barbershop in our community. He is proud of being Latino and hopes to create a safe and comfortable space for Spanish speakers.
He is very thankful for all the support anyone has brought to his business.

Barber at Toro's Barbershop
Cohen, also known as Cowee, was born at Sam's Hospital in Puyallup, WA. Cohen is an alumni of Puyallup High School. He discovered his passion for hair during high school - leading him to pursue his barber career and receive his barber license from Olympia Barber School in April of 2023. Cohen started working at Toro's Barbershop on June 3 of 2023. He hopes to bring a positive attitude towards the barbershop!

Website & Flyer Designer / Partial - Social Media Manager
Vanessa, also known as Vane, graduated from Centralia High School in 2018 - she is currently a para-educator at a local elementary school and helps Alberto with his barbershop. She is the designer of Toro's Barbershop's website and helps create a few posts for Toro's Barbershop's social media and flyers for their events. You will occasionally see her stop by to drop things off for Alberto.
