 -- Shihan Zen Takahashi, 7th dan black belt born in Japan, trained under shotokan master Kanazawa and Okuyama, wado-ryu master Suzuki, shito-ryu master Sato.  Now age 73, he has been keeping up 400 hour yearly training consistently, religiously as a way of life for over 50 years. His current action (excellent fitness and sharp skills) speaks for years of his karate-do. Karate-do is his life force.
