THE COMMISSION PROCESS & PAYMENT

- Rough Draft
Once we agree on a final price, you will have to transfer 25% of the full amount as a deposit. The deposit is not refundable.
After I receive this deposit, I will send you a rough draft in 3 business days for your initial approval.
The final work will be based on the rough draft that you approve.
- Refinement
Once you approve a rough draft, 50% of the final price needs to be transferred before I can proceed with the commission.
After the whole work is completed(it takes around 1 to 2 weeks), I will give you a preview, and after you pay the remaining 25% of the final price, I will send you the complete PNG file.
I will receive all payments via PayPal at dwtornier@gmail.com; all payments are final and not refundable.
(Because of PayPal's limitation, you may have to bear the transaction fee; it should be approximately 5% of the transferred amount with a USD 0.99 minimum and USD 4.99 maximum, per transfer. Please bear this in mind when we negotiate the price.)
