Damage of underground utilities, pool, or sprinkler lines. When we start a project that requires digging we have underground utilities marked for our safety. These only include Gas, Powerlines, main sewer ines, AT&T, Comcast, and other pertinent utility providers to your property. We do not mark for private services including pool supply lines, drain lines, sprinkler lines, low or high voltage additions that are made after the utility providers meter. All other services are the responsibility of the home owner. Our suggestion in regards to sprinkler lines is to repair damages after the fence work is completed. Any broken pipes will be easy found and easier to repair at that time.
Claims - All claims must be made within 5 days.
We stand behind all of the work we perform.

We only purchase Number 2 rated for outdoors, Above ground, and ground contact pressure treated lumber or better. Pine is the wood that is most common, unless other special wood was chosen, requested, or needed to match existing material. We generally purchase products from Pro Wood or Yellawood. These are two of the largest lumber producers around. Information about their warranties can be found at their websites. Generally there is a Limited Lifetime Warranty from certain types of defect. The warranty only covers material.
The manufacturers we use for Chain Link Fence materials build and design the material heavier or meeting the minimum requirements outlined in American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) Specification A 392. Manufacturer has a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner.
In order to offer a larger selection in colors and styles we use a number of Manufacturers including Veka, Master Halco, and more offer a Manufacturer warranty. For information about the specific material ask your contact person for more information.
A large portion of work we perform is labeled as custom and void most material warranties, by performing necessary tasks such as cutting of materials to length or by attaching hardware. This is why we are selective in choosing quality hardware that we can stand behind. If you have an issue with a repair that we made we can not guarantee the repair we made will be perfect. In some cases an issue may arise, so don't hesitate to contact us. We will work to correct the issue with repair when it's possible. Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority, so rest assured we will work for the best result. We specialize in the repair of fencing which sets us apart from others who only know installation. Allow us the opportunity to repair your fence when others can't.
