Misleading presentation of requests

Clients must provide Torch77 with complete and accurate information about their requests. Any misleading or false information provided by the client may result in the termination of the contract, and Torch77 shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result.

Loss of revenue due to unforeseen circumstances

Torch77 shall not be liable for any loss of revenue incurred by the client due to unforeseen circumstances, such as pandemics, natural disasters, or other events beyond Torch77's control.

In addition to the above, Torch77 may include other clauses in its contracts to protect its liabilities, such as:

• Limitation of liability: Torch77 may limit its liability to the client for any losses incurred up to the amount of the contract fees.

• Force majeure: Torch77 may include a force majeure clause in its contracts to excuse it from performing its obligations under the contract if it is prevented from doing so due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

• Dispute resolution: Torch77 may include a dispute resolution clause in its contracts to specify how any disputes between Torch77 and the client will be resolved.

Torch77 is committed to providing its clients with the highest quality services. However, it is important for clients to understand that Torch77 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred due to misleading presentation of requests, loss of revenue due to unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond Torch77's control.
