9:00 – 9:15 AM | Welcome & Creative Kick-Off
We start the day with a spark! Fun drawing prompts, sketching games, or a surprise art challenge get the imagination flowing.
9:15 – 10:30 AM | Morning Art Adventure – Part 1
Time to dive into our main project of the day! Whether it’s painting, sculpture, or mixed media, kids begin creating their masterpiece with guidance and freedom.
10:30 – 10:45 AM | Snack & Social Break
A moment to refuel and connect. Kids enjoy a light snack while chatting with new friends and sharing morning inspirations.
10:45 – 12:00 PM | Morning Art Adventure – Part 2
We pick up where we left off—finishing touches, layering textures, or trying new tools to bring the morning project to life!
12:00 – 12:30 PM | Picnic-Style Lunch Break
A relaxed and friendly mealtime. Kids bring their own lunches and enjoy them picnic-style indoors or outside (weather permitting).
12:30 – 1:15 PM | Outdoor Play & Movement Magic
It’s time to move! From animal walks and yoga games to tag and team challenges, we stretch our bodies and imaginations outdoors.
1:15 – 1:30 PM | Cool-Down & Mindful Moments
Gentle stretching, breathing exercises, or a short body relaxation help kids reset and get ready for the afternoon.
1:30 – 2:30 PM | Afternoon Art Spark
A fast, fresh, and fun art workshop! Kids experiment with new media like collage, clay, or fabric—perfect for bold ideas and quick creations.
2:30 – 2:50 PM | Mini Gallery Walk & Sharing Circle
We admire each other’s work, give kind feedback, and share stories about our creative process. Every voice matters here.
2:50 – 3:00 PM | Clean-Up & Warm Goodbyes
We end the day together—tidying up, collecting our treasures, and heading home with full hearts and colorful hands.
Week 1: Mythical Creatures & Magical Worlds

Enter a realm of enchanted forests, flying dragons, and whimsical beings. Campers will dream up their own creatures and build fantasy worlds through drawing, painting, and sculpture.
Week 2: Nature Explorers – Art in the Wild

🌿 Ages 5–10 – Earthy, vibrant, and nature-inspired
From leaf prints to animal masks, children will explore nature through creative projects that celebrate the textures, colors, and magic of the outdoors.
Week 3: Under the Sea – Ocean-Inspired Art

🐠 Ages 5–10 – Colorful, calming, and full of underwater wonder
Dive deep with sea creatures, coral reefs, and hidden treasures! This week brings watercolor waves, clay sea animals, and lots of shimmery fun.
Week 4: Around the World in 5 Days

🌍 Ages 5–10 – Cultural, colorful, and globally inspired
Each day is a journey to a new culture! Kids will create art inspired by global traditions—from Persian patterns to African masks and Japanese watercolor.
Sara Valaniya is a passionate artist–educator–researcher and the founder of Toranj Art Center, bringing over a decade of experience in visual arts education, curriculum design, and community engagement. She holds a Master’s degree in Art Education from the University of British Columbia and previously led a thriving art academy and gallery in Iran for more than five years. Known for her creative, inclusive, and experiential approach, Sara has taught learners of all ages and specializes in storytelling, illustration, and hands-on artistic exploration. She is dedicated to cultivating joyful, inspiring spaces where imagination and learning flourish.
