The Training & Outreach Program (TOP) began through prayers and fellowship between the Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) & Learning is For Everybody (LIFE) in 2021. 

The memorandum of understanding for this partnership was to empower the Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF) Ilara-Mokin corps members as missionaries to evangelize to children more effectively in their local community through crusades and other programs targeted at child development. 

Secondly, Corps members will be mentored to develop their leadership abilities and are supported to develop and deploy their talents and skills.

TOPYouth Afterschool Club (TAC) is a partnership of LIFE, CEF (Ondo) and NCCF Ilara-Mokin, aimed at enriching the lives of children through education and the Gospel of Christ. 

Currently, we have established four clubs in Ilara-Mokin, one in Akure, and aim to expand to 100 clubs across Ondo State, Nigeria by 2030.

Our mission encompasses spiritual, academic, and economic empowerment, exemplifying the approach of Jesus by addressing both physical and spiritual needs (Luke 9:10-17; John 6:35)

Programmes we have organised since the inception of TAC includes but not limited to Free Summer Skills Acquisition Programmes, Spelling Bee Competitions, Baking Skills Acquisition Programme, that have met the diverse needs of children.
