Topside is a puzzle game developed by John Manion. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app and how it is used.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information directly. The app does not require you to create an account or provide any personal details.

Your game progress and premium purchase status are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.

Third-Party Services

The free version of Topside uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to serve relevant ads. On iOS, you will be prompted via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any advertising identifier is accessed — you may decline at any time.

Topside uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives transaction data from Apple or Google to verify purchases but does not receive your payment details. See: RevenueCat Privacy Policy

Data Deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with your device collected via AdMob or RevenueCat, please contact us at topsidepuzzle@gmail.com and we will facilitate the request with the relevant third party. You may also opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

Children

Topside is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union or California, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about you. Contact us at topsidepuzzle@gmail.com to make such a request.

Changes to This Policy
