How to Request Account Deletion

Please send an email to toppertrio01@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line Delete My Account. In the body of the email, please include your registered name or user ID. Our support team will process your request and confirm deletion.

What Data is Deleted or Retained

• Deleted Immediately: Your personal profile data, name, email address, Google Sign-In association, and saved preferences.

• Deleted within 30 days: Your message logs from the live chat and questions posted in the doubt section.

• Retained Data: Any transaction, invoice, or enrollment history will be stored securely for legal accounting and regulatory tax compliance as required by local laws.
