Welcome to TOPO (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TOPO mobile application (the “App”).
By accessing or using TOPO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TOPO allows users to browse movie information, rate films, share opinions, and view other user profiles. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use the App in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of it.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
TOPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including:
Movie ratings
Reviews
Posts
Profile information
By submitting content, you grant TOPO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and use your content solely for operating and improving the App.
You agree not to submit content that is:
Offensive, abusive, or hateful
False or misleading
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Spam, advertising, or promotional material
TOPO allows users to view other users’ profiles. Profile visibility may include:
Username
Profile photo (if provided)
Ratings and posts
Location only if the user has chosen to add it
TOPO does not provide private messaging or access to private personal data.
TOPO uses third-party services to provide movie-related data.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Movie data, images, and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and may change or be removed at any time. TOPO is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
User data is stored using Firebase Cloud Storage and related Firebase services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using TOPO at any time.
TOPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:
For violations of these Terms
For unlawful or abusive behavior
To protect the integrity or safety of the App or its users
TOPO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding:
Availability
Accuracy of content
Error-free operation
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
