TOPO (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the TOPO mobile application (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
a. Information You Provide
When you create an account or use the App, you may choose to provide:
Username
Profile photo (if uploaded)
Bio or “About Me”
Location (city/state), only if you choose to add it
Movie ratings, reviews, and posts
Providing profile information is optional. Any information you choose to share may be visible to other users as described below.
b. Automatically Collected Information
We collect limited technical information necessary to operate and improve the App, including:
Device type
Operating system
App version
Anonymous usage and performance data
We do not collect precise GPS location data.

TOPO allows users to view other users’ profiles. Visible information may include:

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Movie data, images, and metadata are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You retain ownership of content you submit, including ratings, reviews, and posts. By submitting content, you grant TOPO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App.
TOPO is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted.
You may request deletion of your TOPO account and associated data at any time.
To delete your account:
Open the TOPO app
Go to Profile → Settings
Select Delete Account (if available), or
Email us at the address below with your username and deletion request
Upon confirmation, your account data will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
