Hit Mobile Games is committed to not collecting personally identifiable or sensitive information about you. Our games do collect some non-sensitive, anonymous data as outlined in this privacy policy.
By playing Hit Mobile Games titles you are consenting to the collection of anonymous, non-sensitive data as outlined in this privacy policy. You also accept that this privacy policy can be updated from time to time for any reason, with the latest date of changes published at the top of this page.
Data collected for Analytics
We have implemented Analytics tools to help us understand how our games are being used in order to help us improve our games and plan for future game releases. For example we use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to keep track of how many players are engaging with our games, player progress, any in-app purchases, as well as device type, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics data, language settings, play session lengths and broad geographic information like your country and city.
Data collected for Advertising
Because Hit Mobile Games titles are free-to-play, we periodically display in-game advertising by third parties to generate revenue. In order to display relevant advertising (also known as interest based advertising) and measure performance of advertising campaigns we have implemented several ad-networks within the game which collect and transfer non-sensitive device information including:

Why collect data?
By collecting data on app usage and about your device and location, we are better able to integrate updates, find potential device specific problems and bugs, explore localization opportunities and make better games that are tailored to our user's needs. When we offer our games as free-to-play, we still require the game to generate income to help fund development costs and efforts to make the best game possible. Advertising is one way we can help cover our costs, and in order to implement relevant advertising a certain amount of non-sensitive information is required by each ad network.
What happens if I log into Facebook?
Some Hit Mobile Games titles will allow you to login to Facebook to compete against your friends. Any data about your full name, gender or friends will not be stored on our server, and is only saved locally on your device and within your linked Facebook account to allow us to correctly display your friends in game. The use of Facebook Login is completely optional, and you must hold a valid Facebook account, which also means you must be above the age of 13 to use this service.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request deletion of your Personal data by deleting your Account. You can exercise your rights by contacting directly our Player Support or by email support@8ballbrawl.com
As a result of deleting your Account, you will lose access to most Products, including the Account and Game-Related Information linked to the Account.
Information we retain. Upon expiry of the suspension period we will delete all your Personal Data, except for the data which are required for our compliance with the requirements of applicable laws (e.g. tax and accounting requirements) or for our detection, investigation and prevention of cheating in the Game and EULA violations or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. We will also retain anonymous or de-identified information after your Account has been deleted. Information you have shared with others (e.g. through in-Games chats, updates or group posts) will remain visible after you have deleted your account or deleted the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control the data that other members/users copied out of our Products.
Children
All Hit Mobile Games titles are not designed for people who are under 13 years of age. In playing our games, you represent that you are aged 13 or older.

If you would like to opt-out of interest based advertising, we recommend following the below steps.
