- Play Fact or Fiction (Look at the declarations. Have students compete by creating two explanations for each situation on their worksheet - a realistic explanation (Fact) and an imaginative explanation (Fiction).)
Example:
- Situation: "I walked into class, but I didn't recognize anyone."
- Explanations:
- Fact: ... because I had entered the wrong classroom.
- Fiction: ... because I had lost my memory.
- Dice to create a story (Build a good story together with the students: Use all past tenses, connectors and adjectives.)
