What does TopGrade offer?

TopGrade offers in-person classes in math and engineering subjects, taught by an experienced instructor. Our online video lessons are completely free for everyone to watch through the app.

Where are the classes held?

Our classes are held in Hawally, Kuwait. The specific location and directions are shared with students after they register.

How do I book a seat in a class?

Purchase your seat through the app, and you'll receive booking confirmation along with the schedule and location details.

Are the online videos free?

Yes. All online video lessons in the app are free to watch. No payment is required to access them.

What subjects are covered?

Calculus A, Calculus B, and Calculus C are available this semester. More subjects will be added across upcoming semesters.

How do I create an account?

Download the app, open it, and follow the sign-up steps.

Can I get a refund?

If you experience an issue with your purchase or attendance, contact us within 7 days and we'll help resolve it.

The video isn't playing. What should I do?

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact us with your account email and the lesson you're trying to watch.

Terms of Service 

By using TopGrade, you agree to the following terms:

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure.

Purchases of in-person class seats are non-transferable unless arranged with us in advance.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review.

TopGrade content (including videos and class materials) is for personal educational use only. Redistribution, recording, or resale is not permitted.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

U Payments (Payment Processing)

When you make a purchase, you may be redirected to U Payments, a Kuwait-based payment provider, to complete your transaction. U Payments processes payment information directly. We never receive, store, or have access to your payment card details. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful. U Payments' privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

Cloudflare (Video Hosting and Content Delivery)

Our educational videos are hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Stream. Cloudflare may process technical information such as device information and IP addresses as necessary to provide video streaming and content delivery services. Cloudflare's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of TopGrade, our users, or others.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. We do not store payment information on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
