You've probably heard that every business should be using video in their marketing. Did you know that video accounts for over 75% of online marketing? Are you getting left behind the wave of video marketing?
Okay, you say, but I'm a local business and I don't have marketing people or a big advertising budget. How can video help me?
It is true that a lot of video marketing is expensive, especially if you have to hire a film crew. Obviously the more involved the video, the more it costs. That is why we specialize in short promos and eye-catching animated logos. You can have a stunning animated logo for less than $50! Use it on your website, Facebook page, YouTube, and as an intro for all your other videos!
Seriously, even a "toe in the water" animation is going to attract people online, help you engage with your potential customers, and be a one-time, multi-use investment. While this special is running, you can have a great little promo to use in similar ways for the same crazy price! It's a great way to start something you know you should be doing or to add to your foray into video marketing if you've already got something out there. If you want creative, engaging ads and promos without the big agency price, give me a call. I look forward to it!
Here are three inexpensive ways I can help you get started with video marketing. Aim for short videos, anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes - under 3 minutes for most purposes. Your message should be something along the lines of these three categories:
1. Introduce yourself - get your name and brand out there to the people who are actually looking for your service or product - Video sells! People look to video to learn the highlights of the subject, in your case, your service or product. A brief sales video that's not too "salesy" will give new prospects the information they need to decide you are the right business to solve their problem.
2. Promos or Branding videos - much like tv and print ads, whether billboards or a short tv spot, videos can get the message across to your prospects that you are just what they are looking for. You can offer some sort of promotion, like a coupon or details of a special, or you can simply present your brand details to keep your name out there. It is a proven fact that people need to see/hear about something at least 5 and as many as 8 or 9 times before they get serious about spending money with you. Short, well-branded, engaging promo videos work well for lead generation. You can use them on facebook, twitter and other social media to help build name recognition and audience. You can use them in your youtube channel (you do have one, don't you?), your Facebook page or facebook header, as well as on your website, the tv in your waiting room, really anywhere your prospective customers or clients can view it.
3. Reputation management - if you have no reviews online, or worse, bad reviews, you can use reputation management videos - review videos and testimonial videos - to defeat them. If you have a serious problem with bad reviews hurting your business, we can push those bad review sites to the next page of the serp results or far down the review queue so your prospects read only your best reviews. If you just need better name and brand recognition to get more customers interested in your service or product, this is the type of video that will help.
Watch these short show reels to see examples of some of the videos I have made. This will give you an idea of what video can do for you, but these are just samples - there are infinite possibilities!
