Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking or using any services provided by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling an appointment, using our services, or contacting us for detailing work, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide mobile detailing services for cars, trucks, SUVs, small fleets, motorcycles, boats, and RVs in Land O' Lakes, FL and surrounding areas.
All services are provided by appointment only and are performed at your home, workplace, marina, storage facility, or other agreed location.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or access issues.
Service descriptions are general; actual work performed may vary based on vehicle condition, service level selected, and time booked.
Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, or oxidation may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you before work continues.
Prices are based on the type, size, and condition of the vehicle and the selected service.
Any quote or estimate is provided in good faith but may be adjusted if the vehicle’s actual condition is significantly different from what was described.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the forms of payment disclosed at the time of booking (e.g., cash, card, digital payment).
Failure to pay for services rendered may result in additional collection efforts and related costs.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle and, when required, access to water and power.
Please remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside.
We will use reasonable care and professional products to clean and protect your vehicle; however:
We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects.
Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects may become more visible after cleaning.
Any existing damage should be disclosed before the service begins.
If you are not satisfied with the result, you must notify us at the time of completion or within 24 hours so we can discuss possible solutions.
We carry out services with care, but our liability is limited:
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, rust, weak clear coat, failing trim, or previously repaired areas.
We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that are not directly caused by our actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.
In the rare event that damage occurs clearly as a result of our negligence, we will work with you in good faith to address the issue.
We may take before-and-after photos or short videos of your vehicle for records and marketing purposes.
Photos will not include personal identifying information such as license plates when reasonably possible or will be edited to remove them.
If you do not want your vehicle used in marketing materials, please let us know in writing before service begins.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
