Is Rinku Singh engaged to Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj? The girl's father breaks the silence 

Several media outlets and journalists on Friday said about the reported engagement of Rinku Singh to Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj.

The woman who allegedly claimed to be in a relationship with Indian cricket team bowler Rinku Singh and engaged to a Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj has refuted the claims after the man’s father threatened to commit suicide. Many media outlets and journalists on Friday said about the said engagement. Some of them said went on to congratulate Rinku through social media platforms. A new twist came into the story Tufani Saroj, Priya’s father and a three-term MP and now member of legislative assembly (MLA), Kerakate, Jaunpur said that the news is “completely wrong.” However, the father said that the two families are in discussions concerning the couple.

Priya is in Thiruvananthapuram at the moment for some work, and it’s not that she has met Rinku Singh. Yes the discussions are on between the families but the news of engagement is entirely baseless,” said Tufani to India TV Digital.

Saroj is authorized Member of Parliament –Lok Sabha for the Machhlishahr constituency in Uttar Pradesh. She has also done her law and has political experience.
