Privacy Policy for Tooncraft

Tooncraft is an animation creation app developed by Shiva Acharya. This Privacy
Policy explains how Tooncraft handles information when you use the app.
Information We Collect
Tooncraft is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to
create an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or
animation project files on our own servers.
The app may access or store the following data locally on your device:
- Animation projects
- Character files
- Face assets
- Texture files
- Audio files selected by you
- Exported animation files
- App settings and preferences
These files remain on your device unless you choose to export, share, back up,
or move them using Android system features or another app.
Advertising
Tooncraft uses Google AdMob to show ads, including banner ads and interstitial
ads.
Google AdMob may collect or use device information, advertising identifiers,
approximate location, app interaction data, diagnostics, and other data needed
to provide, measure, and improve ads.

Depending on your region, Tooncraft or Google may ask for consent before showing
personalized ads.
File Access and Exports
Tooncraft may ask you to select files or folders when importing or exporting
characters, textures, audio, or animation files.
The app uses this access only to complete the action you request, such as
importing a character or saving an exported animation. Tooncraft does not upload
your files to our servers.
Sharing Data
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only in these cases:
- With Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement
- When required by law
- When you choose to share or export files using Android sharing or storage
features
Children's Privacy
Tooncraft is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from
children. If the app is made available to children or younger audiences,
advertising settings and consent settings should be configured appropriately in
Google AdMob and Google Play Console.
Data Security
Tooncraft stores project data locally on your device. You are responsible for
managing your exported files, backups, and shared files.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but Tooncraft does
not intentionally transmit your animation projects, character files, textures,
audio files, or exports to our own servers.
Data Retention
Project data and exported files remain on your device until you delete them,
uninstall the app, clear app data, or remove the files manually.
Advertising-related data may be handled by Google according to Google's own
privacy policies and retention practices.
Your Choices
You can:
- Delete projects inside the app
- Delete exported files from your device storage
- Reset or manage your Android advertising ID in system settings
- Manage ad personalization through Google settings
- Uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted
with a new effective date.
