Toon Maker is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate cartoon-style avatars from photos uploaded by users. The processing is performed using third-party infrastructure and does not involve storage of user photos.

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to create cartoon avatars.

• Save or share your cartoon avatars as you choose.
  
  

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.

• Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

• Upload photos that violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or include inappropriate content (e.g., explicit imagery, harassment, hate speech).

• Attempt to interfere with, exploit, or disrupt the App’s operations or security.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Generated Content

• The cartoon avatars generated by the App are created through automated processes powered by third-party AI infrastructure.

• We do not claim ownership over the photos you upload.

• You are responsible for the content you upload and any consequences of sharing your cartoon avatars.

• The App is intended for positive and creative expression — not for content that could offend or harm others.
  
  

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Toon Maker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantees about the output quality, style accuracy, or results of the AI-generated cartoon avatars.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Responsibility for User Actions

We are not responsible for any emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or other consequences resulting from the use of the App or its content.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for damages related to your use or misuse of the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that any shared content is respectful and appropriate.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, process, and protect your data, including how uploaded images are handled during AI processing.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date will reflect the latest revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Toon Maker at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.
