Explanation of terminologies

The words with Capitalized letters in this document have specific definitions that apply regardless of whether they are singular or plural. These definitions will remain consistent throughout the document. 

Terminologies

You refer to either the individual accessing or using the Service internally or the company or other legal entity that is accessing or using the Service. In accordance with GDPR, you may be referred to as the "Data Subject" or the "User," as You are the individual who is using the Service.

We have integrated data statistics tools in the App to provide You with a better user experience. Please note that these tools will not collect Your health private privacy data. Instead, they are used for CRASH targeting and AB-testing of new features and designs. Using Third-Party Social Media Services to Access the Service

The Service allows You to log in and create an account using Third-Party Social Media Services, such as

Payments

This section of the Terms of Service explains that if paid products or services are offered within the Service, third-party payment processors may be used for payment processing. The payment processors adhere to PCI-DSS requirements to ensure the secure handling of payment information. The Privacy Policies of Apple Store In-App Payments, Google Play In-App Payments, PayPal, Braintree, WeChat, and Alipay are provided for reference.
