How to build resilience
Create a routine. It doesn't need to be too rigid, but make sure on top of some slots for your subjects you also include the following.
Gratitude - We are so fortunate to live in NZ. Keep a journal of all three things you are grateful for every day. You can write as much or as little detail as possible. You might be a visual person - so take this opportunity to dust off your art materials and do some drawing.
Connection: Remember to keep in contact with your friends. Maybe choose a good friend each day to catch up with and have a good chin wag to. I know it can get a bit overwhelming with everyone online and keeping up multiple conversations. I personally feel that less is more and it helps you become more present if you aren’t need to check your phone every few minutes to see who has just messaged you.
