In addition to the twelve step focus of the retreat, we have multiple activities and events planned throughout the weekend to allow time for fellowship, fun and making meaningful connections with other women in recovery. We are NOT a glum lot!
New this year, gather around the fire pit in the Wilson House backyard after the welcome session for s'mores, snacks and fellowship. Get to know other attendees and make connections as we begin our weekend together.
Back by popular demand, Saturday is an evening of entertainment as we share our talents and interests in a fun, casual atmosphere. Join us in the audience to celebrate and support each other. Sing, dance, read a poem, play an instrument, tell a joke or demonstrate a secret, wacky talent. This evening is sure to be filled with laughter and love.
It's not over yet! After our final session Sunday morning at the Wilson House, head down to Emerald Lake to gather with new friends for some lakeside fun and relaxation. Swim or float in the lake, hang out on the beach or rent a paddle boat with your new friends.
Join our annual Floatilla! Bring a float, inner tube or noodle for a leisurely swim around the lake's island. Prizes will be awarded for the favorite float!
Bring a swimsuit, towel, float, snacks or dish to share or simply join us as we wrap up a fun-filled weekend.
There is a $4 per person entrance fee to enter Emerald Lake State Park. Campers are exempt as the entrance fee is included in their campsite reservation.
