About the Retreat --

We're planning a special weekend of Fellowship, Conversation and Reflection as we share our “tools for the trip” with each other at the historic (Bill) Wilson House in Vermont. This retreat, designed for and by women in AA, will explore how we get and stay sober -- and how we carry the message forward as we embrace the joy of living. Through speaker panels and small group discussions, fun breaks, shared meals and down time, we will expand our connections, build our Fellowship and celebrate our sobriety.

Registration is now OPEN! Registration Form -- please complete this form and mail with payment to ensure your spot at this year's retreat!

Help spread the word! Here's a flyer to share -- Tools for the Trip Flyer

Remember - lodging is NOT included in your registration. The Wilson House will block all overnight rooms for our participants only but there are only a limited number of rooms. The CODE you need to use is on the registration form.

You can find more about the Wilson House here: The Wilson House

Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as breakfast on Sunday. It also covers retreat materials, folders, art supplies, endless chocolate and more.

The Wilson House will be offering their Friday Night Supper (open to the public) for a separate fee of $15. You can make reservations directly with the Wilson House.

Please note: there will be open AA meetings going on at the Wilson House on Friday night, Saturday night and Sunday morning. We will as always work our sessions around these meetings.

Sunday "Floatilla" at Emerald Lake: The Joy of Living

What better way to wrap up a summer retreat than to head to the lake! Many of us will gather Sunday afternoon for some waterside fun and relaxation before the drive home.

Bring your swimsuit, towel, and a float, inner tube or noodle and join us for a leisurely swim around the island at Emerald Lake. Prizes for best float (and we know who wins every year!). The FLOAT PARADE will launch at 12:30.

Bring snacks, drinks, or a dish to share for lunch (totally optional!) The parking fee is $4 per car to enter Emerald Lake State Park. Campers are exempt from the fee because they already paid for camping.

For those interested in Camping

Emerald Lake State Park - Located on VT Route 7 just 3.5 miles north of the Wilson House, this beautiful campground is another popular lodging choice. We have reserved several campsites together. Many of the retreat women camp here each year and we welcome newcomers! Visit our "Camping Information" page to learn more.
