Interested parties can follow the submission guidelines listed below to prepare and submit their presentation proposals to be included in Workshop #5: Automated Toolpath Generation for Robotic Applications: Challenges and Future.

Workshop Theme and Focus: The workshop focuses on automated toolpath generation for robotic applications, addressing challenges in this field and exploring future directions.

Presentation Length and Format: Submissions should consist of a 15-20 minute oral presentation.

Submission Guidelines: Please submit your presentation proposal including:

• Presentation Title

• Abstract (up to 250 words) summarizing the presentation's content and objectives

• Keywords or key topics covered

• Presenter's name, photo, affiliation, and contact information

Content Requirements: Presentations should cover:

• Introduction to the problem/challenge addressed

• Automated toolpath generation techniques utilized

• Discussion of challenges faced and proposed solutions

• Insights into future developments and innovations

• Relevant case studies, experiments, or results

Presentation Format Guidelines: Please prepare presentation slides (PowerPoint or PDF format) to accompany your oral presentation. Visuals, diagrams, and multimedia elements are encouraged.

Technical Setup and Requirements:

• Technical setup including audiovisual equipment will be provided during the workshop.

• Preferred aspect ratio for presentation slides: 16:9

• File format: PDF or PowerPoint

Submission Process: Submit your presentation proposal by 31 May 2024 via xie_zhen@artc.a-star.edu.sg. Include any additional documents required for submission (e.g., full papers, extended abstracts, ppt).

Review and Selection Process: Presentation proposals will be evaluated based on relevance, clarity, and innovation. Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be sent by 10 June 2024.
