·        OTP-based authentication — no passwords are stored

·        Phone numbers are masked in all displays (only last 4 digits shown)

·        Access is role-restricted (factory owners cannot access shop owner data and vice versa)

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7.Data Retention 

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal compliance under Indian tax laws.
