Tool Verse: All-in-One Tools ("we", "us", "our") operates the Tool Verse mobile application (the "App") for Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Tool Verse is a free, offline utility app that provides 74+ tools — calculators, unit converters, text tools, image tools, PDF tools, developer tools, QR & barcode tools, and device tools. All tools run entirely on your device. The App itself does not collect, store, upload, or sell your personal information.
The App does not collect any personal data from you directly. There is no account registration, no email, no phone number, and no profile.
Data you create with the tools (text you convert, images you compress, PDFs you merge, QR codes you generate, calculator inputs, and similar) is processed locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any server.
To improve your experience, the App stores small amounts of data only on your device:
Favorites and recently-used history — stored in a local database so you can quickly return to tools you use often. You can clear history at any time from within the App.
Settings — such as your theme preference (light/dark/system) and app-open ad frequency, stored in local app preferences.
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App removes it.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When ads are shown, AdMob may collect and process:
Device or other identifiers — such as the advertising ID, used to deliver and measure ads
App activity — such as app interactions, ad impressions, and ad clicks
Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used for ad serving
Usage data related to advertising
This data is collected and processed by Google and its advertising partners, not by us, and may be shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It may be used to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
The App requests the following permissions, used only when you run the relevant tool:
Camera — to scan QR codes and barcodes
Microphone — for the Sound Meter tool
Flashlight — for the Flashlight tool
Vibration — for the Vibration Tester tool
Image, PDF, and file tools use the system file picker; files you select are processed on your device and are never uploaded.
Advertising data is used by AdMob to display and personalize ads, and to measure ad performance.
Local data (favorites, history, settings) is used solely to provide the App's features on your device.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is shared only through the advertising SDK described in Section 3, and only as required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your consent.
Local data (favorites, history, settings) is stored only on your device. Clear it via the App's History page or uninstall the App to delete it.
Advertising data is controlled by Google. You can manage or reset your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads) or via Google's Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com).
All network traffic in the App (including ad requests) is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Because most processing happens on your device, there is minimal data to protect.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
