The Important Stuff: Please Read Everything

Thank you for booking your session with Tony Robinette. To ensure a professional, supportive, and productive coaching experience, please read through the following policies and expectations carefully.

Payment Policies

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Stripe / Square (via booking site)

  • Zelle: (310) 598-9852

  • Venmo: @TonyRobinette

  • PayPal (Friends & Family Only): @TonyRobinette

Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

Sending Materials

To make the most of your session:

• Send all sides, breakdowns, scripts, questions, and materials in advance.

• For career sessions, include links to Actor’s Access, Casting Networks, IMDb, or other relevant profiles.

Session Format

• All sessions are virtual and online.

• Zoom is the default platform. FaceTime or Google Meet available upon request.

• Quick Hit Feedback is an on-demand service and will have a 24-hour turnaround.

Booking Policies & Expectations

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Flexibility is important—Tony is a working actor and may need to reschedule due to professional obligations.

• If Tony must reschedule, clients will be offered a new session time.

• Refunds are not provided if the client chooses not to reschedule.
  
  

No-Show & Late Policy

• If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited.

• No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  
  

Final Sale Policy

• All sales are final.

• No refunds, transfers, or exchanges.
  
  

Code of Conduct

• Tony reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.

• Professionalism is expected from both parties.

Results Disclaimer

Working with Tony is a commitment to growth, craft, and accountability. While coaching supports your career, no coach can guarantee auditions, bookings, or representation.

• Show up ready. Materials sent, mindset on, tech tested.

• Own your goals. Be clear on what you want—audition prep, career strategy, mindset work.

• Engage fully. Coaching is not passive; bring honesty and effort.

• Take the notes. Feedback isn’t personal—it’s power.

• Do the work outside the session. I guide. You execute.

No Entitlement. No Ego. No Excuses. Coaching provides tools and accountability—but your results depend on your consistency and follow-through.

By proceeding, you acknowledge you are fully responsible for your attitude, effort, decisions, and actions during and beyond coaching.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By booking or enrolling in any service (1:1 Coaching, Mentorship, or The Zero F*cks Actor), I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all policies, including payment terms, rescheduling rules, client responsibilities, and the zero-refund policy.

I understand that results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on my own effort, participation, and follow-through. I accept full responsibility for my actions, choices, and commitment to my craft.

Proceeding with booking or enrollment serves as my digital signature and consent to these terms.
